Mixers are commonly used for mixing cake batters and biscuit doughs, kneading bread doughs, whisking and whipping eggs and cream respectively.

DeleteThere is so much equipment for baking, its amazing to see all the things you can do. I especially like the two level cooling rack, I've only ever seen single level ones. That rack is very convenient for those who are cooking large amounts of desserts.
