Check those CNY Peanut Cookies (Chinese New Year Peanut Cookies or Chinese Peanut Cookies). I don't know which recipe to follow :-o
They are all looking amazing!! The recipe below is largely adapted from theirs. I was so confident about these cookies since Kooky Culinary said: "You cant go wrong with it".
Ingredients (About 40 cookies)
250 g roasted peanuts
250 g plain flour (Sifted)
4 tablespoons peanut butter
150 g caster sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
About 90 ml oil (You may require more or less)
Glazing
1 egg beaten
Method

The cookies were baked at 190°C for 15-20 minutes. The small cookies took less time to bake. The cookies are so easy to make and they are very delicious and 'melt-in-your-mouth'. I shared some with my sister and driving tutor and they both liked it. However, my parents found it a bit too sweet. Next time, I might reduce the sugar to 100 g. I might make some with almond or cashew nut after the month of Ramadan.
ouuahh, looks exactky as bought in shop, keep it up , buddy
